This Privacy Policy explains what data Nail Removal ("the Game", "we", "us") processes, why, and what control you have over it. Nail Removal is a single-player puzzle game published by the same developer as Battle of Plans, but it is a separate app — this policy applies to Nail Removal only.
The short version. There is no account, no login and no server. Your progress lives in a file on your own device and never reaches us. The only company that receives data from the Game is Google (AdMob), so that ads can be shown. We never see your name, e-mail, phone number or card details.
Nothing in this table is stored on a server of ours — we do not operate one for this Game. The first four rows are collected by Google's advertising SDK running inside the app; the last two stay on your device or with the app store.
| Data | Where it comes from | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Advertising ID (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android) | Your device, read by the Google AdMob SDK | Serving ads, limiting how often you see them, measuring ad performance |
| Device & app info (model, OS version, app version, language, screen) | Google AdMob SDK | Delivering an ad that fits your device, detecting invalid traffic |
| Coarse location derived from IP address (country / region level) | Google AdMob SDK | Ad relevance and applying the right privacy rules for your region |
| Ad interaction events (an ad was shown, clicked, or watched to the end) | Google AdMob SDK | Ad measurement and confirming you earned a rewarded-ad reward |
| Subscription status (active / expired) | Apple App Store or Google Play billing | Unlocking and keeping your VIP membership |
| Game progress: level, gold, abilities, sound and language settings | Your own play | Saving your game — stored ONLY on your device, never sent to us |
The Game does not ask for, read or transmit any of the following:
The Game is free and funded by advertising. Ads are served by Google AdMob. Two kinds appear:
Google acts as an independent controller for the advertising data it collects. Its practices are described in the Google Privacy & Terms and the AdMob data disclosure.
VIP members see no ads at all. While a VIP subscription is active, no interstitial is requested and rewarded video is never needed, because abilities and rotations are free.
European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland. Before any ad is requested, the Game shows Google's consent form (User Messaging Platform). You decide whether personalised ads are allowed. You can change your answer at any time from the privacy options screen offered by that form. Refusing does not block the Game — you simply see non-personalised ads.
iOS. Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt appears before the ad SDK starts. If you decline, the Game keeps working and ads become non-personalised.
Reset your advertising ID at any time: iOS → Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking; Android → Settings › Google › Ads. Resetting or deleting it breaks the link between past ad data and your device.
VIP is a monthly auto-renewing subscription sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The store processes the payment; we receive only whether your subscription is active and when the current period ends, so the Game can unlock VIP features.
We never see your card number, billing address or store account credentials. Billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds are governed by the store's own terms and privacy policy. See our Terms of Use for the subscription conditions.
Level progress, gold, abilities, VIP status, sound and language settings are written to a save file inside the app's own private storage. It is not encrypted, it is not uploaded, and it is not readable by other apps.
Two ways to erase it:
Because there is no account, there is nothing for us to delete on our side, and there is also no way for us to restore a save you have erased. An active VIP subscription is not lost by deleting the app — reinstall and tap Restore Purchases.
The Game is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly process data from them. The ad SDK is configured for a general audience, not as a child-directed service.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used the Game, delete the app to erase the local save and reset the device's advertising ID as described in section 4. You may also write to us at the address below.
Google operates globally, so advertising data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. Google relies on its own transfer safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Because we hold no data ourselves, we perform no transfers of our own.
Under the GDPR, the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and comparable laws you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing of your personal data, and you may object to processing or withdraw consent.
An honest limitation: we keep no user records for this Game and receive no identifier that would let us find "your" data. Practically, that means requests about advertising data must go to Google, and the data on your device is entirely under your control (section 6). For anything else, write to us and we will help as far as we technically can.
Advertising data requests to Google: Google privacy troubleshooter. If you are in the EEA or UK you may also complain to your local data protection authority; in Türkiye, to the KVKK.
The Game keeps no personal data on our infrastructure, which removes the largest class of risk outright. Data collected by Google is retained according to Google's own retention policy. Your save file is retained on your device until you erase it or remove the app.
If the Game starts processing data differently — for example if an analytics tool or a cloud save is added — this page will be updated before that version ships, and the "Last Updated" date above will change. Significant changes will also be announced in the app's store listing release notes.
