TERMS OF SERVICE

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to play. If you are under the age of majority, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission. By playing, you confirm you meet these requirements and accept these Terms on your own or your guardian's behalf.

You sign in through a third-party provider (Google, Apple or Unity). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. One person may not operate multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage. You may delete your account at any time in-app (Settings → Delete Account) or at battleofplans.com/delete-account.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or commercially exploit the Game or any part of it, except where the law expressly permits.

The Game includes virtual currencies (e.g. Gold, Gems) and virtual items (heroes, soldiers, skins and other content) ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are licensed — not sold — to you for use within the Game.

You do not own Virtual Items. We may manage, regulate, modify, balance or remove them, and we are under no obligation to compensate you for unused Virtual Items when your account is closed or the Game is discontinued, except where the law requires.

In-app purchases and subscriptions (such as the Golden Pass and Gem subscription) are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, subject to their terms. Prices are shown before purchase.

Subscriptions auto-renew for the same period at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID / Google Play account settings — uninstalling the Game does not cancel a subscription.

All purchases are generally final. Refunds are handled by the relevant app store under its policy. Nothing here limits any mandatory statutory rights you may have as a consumer (including, where applicable, the right of withdrawal under Turkish and EU consumer law — note that by starting to use digital content immediately you may lose that right).

Play fairly. Cheat software, bots, exploits, third-party tools that give an unfair advantage, match-fixing and boosting are prohibited and may result in immediate, permanent account suspension. Do not harass, threaten, or use hate speech or abusive language toward other players.

You are responsible for content you submit (chat messages, clan text, forum posts, names). You retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and moderate it for operating the Game. You must not post unlawful, infringing, hateful, or abusive content.

We may review, filter, remove content and restrict or ban accounts to keep the community safe. You can report or block other users in-app.

The Game is a live, evolving service. We may add, change, balance (e.g. hero stats, maps, economy), pause or discontinue features or the whole Game at any time to maintain service health, with or without notice.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, harm other players, or misuse the Game. You may stop playing and delete your account at any time. On termination, your licence ends and Virtual Items are forfeited, subject to applicable law.

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of Virtual Items or progress. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your mandatory consumer rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights of the country where you live. Disputes are subject to the competent courts and consumer arbitration committees of Türkiye, unless the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.

These Terms are between you and Battle of Plans, not with Apple or Google. The app store is not responsible for the Game or its support. Your use must also comply with the applicable app store's terms.

For iOS: Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Game.

We may update these Terms as the Game or the law changes. Material changes will be announced in the Game or on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will change. Continuing to play after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
