These Terms of Use ("Terms") form an agreement between you and the developer of Nail Removal ("we", "us") covering your use of the Game. By installing or playing, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the Game.
Subscription in one line. VIP is a monthly subscription that renews automatically at the price shown in your app store, until you cancel it in your store account settings at least 24 hours before the period ends. Details in section 4.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for private, non-commercial entertainment.
The Game — its code, artwork, levels, sound and name — stays our property. You may not sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute it, and you may not reverse engineer, decompile or modify it, except where the law expressly allows.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, whichever is higher. If you are a minor under local law, you may use the Game and make purchases only with the consent of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
The Game contains virtual items: gold, three abilities (Undo, Screwdriver, Freeze Time) and platform rotation rights. You earn gold by completing levels, and you may spend it on abilities and rotation rights, or obtain them by watching a rewarded ad.
These items are a licence to use a feature inside the Game. They are not money, have no value outside the Game, cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person or account, and are not property. Buying or selling them outside the Game is not permitted.
We may adjust prices, rewards and balance in future versions — puzzle difficulty tuning requires it. We will not remove items you already hold without reason, but we cannot promise any particular item or price will exist forever. If the Game is discontinued, unused virtual items expire without compensation, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
VIP is an auto-renewing monthly subscription. While it is active you get:
Price. The price is shown in your local currency on the purchase screen in the Game before you confirm. Prices are set per country by the app store and may differ from region to region.
Term and renewal. The subscription lasts one month and renews automatically for another month, charged to your app store account, unless you cancel. Cancellation must be made in your store account settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
How to cancel. iOS → Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions. Android → Google Play › Profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals; the period you already paid for runs to its end.
Restoring. If you reinstall or change device, tap Restore Purchases on the VIP screen. Your subscription is tied to your app store account, not to your device.
Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and refunds are handled by them under their own policies — we cannot issue a refund ourselves. Where you have a statutory withdrawal right for digital content, note that it may lapse once you start using the content. Contact us anyway if something went wrong; we will help you take it up with the store.
Free trials and offers. If we ever offer one, its length and conditions will be shown before you confirm, and it converts to a paid month automatically unless cancelled before it ends.
The Game is free and funded by advertising. A rewarded video is shown only when you tap the button asking for it, and the reward is granted only when you watch it to the end — closing it early is allowed, but yields nothing.
Ad availability depends on the ad network and your connection. We cannot guarantee an ad is always ready. If none is available, the gold option remains, and gold is always earnable by playing.
Advertising content comes from third parties and is not ours. What data ads involve is described in the Privacy Policy.
Progress is stored on your device only. There is no account and no cloud backup. If you delete the app, reset the Game from Settings › Reset All Levels, lose the device or wipe it, the progress is gone and we cannot restore it — we never had a copy. An active VIP subscription survives, because it belongs to your store account.
Manipulating the save file may corrupt it. We will not repair a save that has been tampered with.
The Game is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it is free of bugs, that it runs on every device, or that it will always be available. We may update, change or discontinue it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost virtual items, lost progress, or lost profit. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.
These Terms are between you and us, not with Apple or Google. Those companies are not responsible for the Game or for support. They may enforce these Terms as third-party beneficiaries where their own rules require it. Your use of the Game must also comply with the app store's terms of service.
Apple-specific point: Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Game, and any claim about the Game failing to conform to a warranty is directed to us, not to Apple.
You may stop using the Game at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end your licence if you materially breach these Terms — for example by cheating or manipulating ads. Termination does not refund virtual items or an unused part of a subscription period, unless consumer law requires it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes fall to the courts and consumer arbitration committees of Türkiye, unless the law of your country of residence requires otherwise. If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you keep the protections of your local law.
We may update these Terms as the Game or the law changes. The "Last Updated" date above will change, and material changes will be noted in the store listing release notes. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the new Terms; if you do not, stop using the Game and cancel any subscription.
